Selling my Work, Accepting Donations, Looking for Freelance!

Hello friends and family!

I've started this blog as a way to open up communication regarding buying some of my prints, or donating to help aid me in upcoming school and living expenses.

As my Senior year approaches, the expenses are continuing to pile up. I am going to obtain my B.F.A. in Photography next spring.  At the same time, I am studying Graphic Design, and minoring in Marketing and Art History.  With all of this going on, you can imagine that my semesters are fully loaded (and expensive)!  I am currently working two jobs right now, but I am still finding the need for extra finances (and I am trying to avoid taking out yet another student loan).

I take great responsibility and pride with my own finances.  I am paying my own monthly rent, utilities, general living expenses (such as groceries, etc.), and when the time comes, I will be attempting to knock out my piled up student loans as well (yikes)!

I can't let the opportunity pass to sell some of my artwork.  I realized this when I was cleaning out my room and found piles upon piles of repeat photographs that are no use to me anymore.

If you have followed my photography and are interested in a print, let's talk!  I'm willing to print any photo that I have done.  I can print up to 16x20 inches.  Pricing is going to vary based on the quality of the file and the overall print.  For example, I might sell a perfect 16x20 for $70.00, however, I have quite a few large prints here where the color is slightly off, or the crop isn't perfect, so I'd reduce the price to $40-50 for a large print.

I can also print as small as you'd like.  I'm thinking to sell 8x10's at $15-$20

None of this pricing is permanent.  If you contact me, we can arrange a reasonable price! I'll consider offers.  I will add a few extra dollars to help pay for the cost of shipping!

If you are interested in looking at my work (or haven't seen it), please visit these two sites:

http://valerieleek.daportfolio.com  <--- A more organized portfolio of what I consider to be my best work
http://digitalrapture.deviantart.com <--- Less organized, higher quantity of work that I've done over a longer   period of time

I have also added a donation button on the top left side of the screen to make simple donations through Paypal.  Rest assured that any donations will be used towards school and living expenses.

If you find a print you like, e-mail me at vleek@indiana.edu, send me a message on Facebook, or comment below.  We'll figure out payment arrangements (which I might just have you do through the donation button).

I'm also looking for freelance work!  Let me know!

Thank you for taking the time to hear my case!
